It emphasises the Islands and Rural communities science-society cooperation, digital technologies, social innovation, and Living Labs addressed the global challenges such as COVID pandemic and climate change, sustainable development, social and mental wellbeing of population.
The conference has international and interregional Baltic – Adriatic cooperation format that includes presentations and promote cooperation between Adriatic and Central Baltic countries Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Estonia.
